Pauanui Waterways

Pauanui Waterways - NZ's first canal housing development, located on the Pacific east coast of the Coromandel Peninsula, less than 2 hours drive from Auckland, NZ's largest city.

On completion it will comprise 250 canal frontage properties each with the ability to install a boat ramp and jetty

Whitianga Waterways

Whitianga Waterways is New Zealand's larget canal housing project. The development is a master planned extension to the existing community of Whitianga, and will comprise approximately 700 canal frontage lots, 100 airfield lots, 700 land based sites.
